Omniboost has successfully completed a full-scale digital transformation in partnership with Bastion Hotels, one of the Netherlands’ leading independent hotel chains. The project replaced Bastion’s legacy systems with a modern, cloud-based tech stack, enhancing financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and data visibility across all 34 properties.

From Legacy to Scalable Infrastructure

The initiative began with the migration from Bastion’s legacy property management system (IDPMS) to Mews PMS, a modern, cloud-native platform designed for flexibility and scale. Omniboost’s Data Services Team managed the secure transfer of future reservations, customer, company and travel agency profiles, routing rules, vouchers and payments, ensuring business continuity while laying the groundwork for long-term operational growth.

Integrated, Automated Operations

With Mews at the core of Bastion’s new tech stack, Omniboost implemented several custom-built integrations to unify financial and operational workflows:

  • MEWS to Exact Globe: Automating revenue and payment flows, enabling financial reconciliation
  • DISH POS to MEWS: Enabling real-time room charge handling and transaction tracking
  • MEWS to Order2Cash: Streamlining invoicing and debtor management for improved cash flow oversight

These integrations reduce manual processing, improve reporting accuracy, and create a connected operational ecosystem that builds on the open, integration-ready foundation of the Mews platform.

Real-Time Visibility for Better Decisions

As part of the rollout, Omniboost delivered a custom executive dashboard giving Bastion’s staff near real-time insights on room availability across the portfolio. This enables faster, data-informed decisions at every level of the organization.
