Your Role

As a Sales Manager at Omniboost, you'll play a key role in driving our growth within the hospitality industry. You’ll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting sales opportunities with hotel chains, management companies, and restaurants, while also maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

You’ll work closely with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech—to craft tailored solutions for clients, providing demos, consulting on their needs, and ensuring they see clear value in our products. With your expertise in hospitality and technology, you'll manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and beyond, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Your insights and feedback will help shape the future of Omniboost’s offerings, while your sales performance will drive the company’s success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the hospitality vertical, including hotels, chains and management companies.
  • Focus on selling into the restaurant industry, with experience in restaurants and restaurant chains being a big plus. 
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the hospitality market, focusing on hotels, chains, and management groups. 
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers like General Managers, Revenue Managers, and IT Heads to drive sales opportunities. 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding new clients. 
  • Keep CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) up to date, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and performance forecasting. 
  • Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and value for their business. 
  • Conduct product demos, including showcasing SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs. 
  • Stay on top of industry trends such as sustainability, guest personalization, and automation within the hospitality sector. 
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to support product innovation and improvements. 
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their operational and technological needs. 
  • Manage post-sale relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech) to drive aligned sales initiatives. 
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and market opportunities to ensure Omniboost leads the way in hospitality tech.

Key Requirements

  • You have proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the hospitality or tech industry. 
  • You understand how hotels, chains, and management groups operate—including their revenue streams, decision-making processes, and day-to-day challenges. 
  • You’re familiar with hospitality tech, including systems like Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). 
  • You have a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in SaaS or hospitality. 
  • You are a skilled negotiatior and comfortable handling complex multi-location deals. 
  • You’ve worked with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and use them to keep your pipeline organized and your forecasting sharp. 
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at every level. 
  • You’re comfortable explaining technical concepts and delivering consultative, value-driven sales pitches. 
  • You are a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mindset and a knack for making  data-driven decisions. 
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments. 
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Experience with financial data integration, analytics, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
