Monthly reporting explained
If your property has 20 beds or more (including guesthouses, holiday villages, youth hostels, camping sites and serviced caravan or camper pitches, and subsidized-rate accommodation), you are required to report to Statistics Finland every month. Miss a month, and you will hear about it by email, then by phone; if the data still does not arrive, your month is filled in with historical or comparable-property estimates instead of your own figures.
