Your Role
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across our partner network. Your focus is to enable partners commercially and operationally, so they confidently position Omniboost as their number-one integration ally.
You will work closely with our go-to-market team to ensure partners have the clarity, confidence, and tools to co-own growth. You will also collaborate closely with our Technical Partner Support Manager, who will provide the product and technical input. Your role is to translate that knowledge into partner-friendly materials and programs. This means your strength is enabling, positioning, and activating partners, rather than being the technical product expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a structured partner enablement framework (onboarding, training, certification).
- Develop partner enablement assets: playbooks, battlecards, demo guides, use-case narratives, and implementation overviews.
- Deliver partner enablement through webinars, lunch-and-learns, and partner sessions.
- Own partner communications through newsletters and product updates, both at scale and 1:1 with key partners.
- Keep the Salesforce partner database accurate to support pipeline management and forecasting.
- Support joint GTM motions with priority partners (campaigns, events, co-selling).
- Work with Product to translate roadmap items, new features, and releases into partner-ready messaging.
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions and inquiries.
- Proactively drive partner happiness by staying close, checking in, and addressing needs early.

- A consistent, repeatable partner experience across regions.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner management, sales enablement, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and scale structured enablement programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hospitality tech experience is a strong plus.
